As someone who has visited hundreds of Sydney venues over the years, I will be offering my take on succeeding as a late night bar and restaurant as well as creating the ultimate experience for customers.
Also speaking at the seminar, Big Poppa’s general manager, Lewis Jaffrey will share his tips for success. A City of Sydney planning manager will offer information on what the City is doing to make it easier for businesses to trade later, and what is needed to open doors to businesses.
