The Drink Hive, a local artisan bottle shop is set to open in Rosebery.
L-R: Mal Higgs and Grégoire Bertaud
Located at the Saporium Village, the new venture brings together Mal Higgs and Grégoire Bertaud who will be offering spirits, wine, beer and cider.
What sets The Drink Hive apart is the focus on hand-selected boutique brands alongside well-known products offering the customer flexibility of choice. In addition, it will specialise in products that reflect an increasing demand for authenticity and that bring a positive impact to the producers.
There will be a strong focus on events and partnerships. A full calendar will include pop-up guests at the Saturday market and masterclasses via The VIVE Cooking School, all focusing on The Drink Hive’s key principles to educate on the importance of organic and sustainable ingredients and the positive impact of using local products.
The Drink Hive will be the first venue in Sydney to introduce refillable beer and wine stations. You can bring your own bottle, or grab one of theirs and fill it up with the products of the month.
The Drink Hive officially opens early December.
