With the burger craze and Americanisation of Australia’s dining scene, 2014 has been an interesting year on the culinary front. Some dishes wooed us while a few remain forgettable. 2014 took our palate abroad expanding our dining experience into Paris, London, Istanbul and an overnight cruise. Here are the most memorable restaurant dishes of 2014 presented in no particular order.
