The Eastern in Bondi has seen many ventures come and go, namely AND, Anatoli, Chimmi’s, The Publican and a short stint of Goodtime Burgers on Level 1. The latest to occupy the first floor is Bondi Harvest by Guy Turland and Mark Alston who bring a dining experience inspired by the Bondi lifestyle. Expect recipes such as house smoked pastrami salmon and quinoa, superfood salads, tapas and share plates .
