Located inside the old Balmain Working Men’s Institute along the Darling Street strip, the contemporary Australian eatery brings small and large plates to share. The menu is inspired and created through a hands-on approach working with suppliers to bring the freshest in season.

Expect dishes such as Pippies in white wine, butter, fennel and garlic, and Wagyu oyster blade with roast beets, watercress and mustard puree. The drinks have a boutique wine focus along with craft beers and cocktail.
