Tea Forté is a global luxury tea brand has made its entry into the Australian market. The brand brings together premium whole leaf teas, rough-cut herbs and flowers in a range that includes Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Bombay Chai, Jasmine Green and African Solstice and a collection of proprietary tea and herbal blends. The signature pyramid infuser and design-driven accessories deliver a delicious and luxuriant tea experience. The sophisticated Solstice Collection tea set seen above is made of porcelain with a sleek, ebony wooden tray and a contemporary square design. The lid has a hole which reveals the signature leaf. Available from www.teaforte.com.au or high end retailers.

Australian Brewery

From the outer Sydney suburb of Rouse Hill comes a range of craft beer exclusively in cans. Australian Brewery‘s range includes 6 beers and a cider. The Pale Ale is a cloudy brew, very fruity, with aromas and flavours reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc wine. The Pilsner is crisp with a touch of bitterness and a balanced malt profile while the Extra Hoppy Ale delights in a smack of hops to the palate with peppery citrus and spice and a biscuity body. The Apple Cider is made with locally sourced apples that are fermented just hours after pressing. You’ll find the range at Dan Murphys and in selected pubs and bottle shops.
