What to Drink
Dal Zotto Wines have pioneered Prosecco in Australia and their Dal Zotto l’Immigrante Prosecco is made from the traditional methode champenoise. This is a drier style of Prosecco than their Pucino, crisp with fine bubbles, and a touch of toasty complexity which makes it delicious to sip on its own or with seafood. Keep an eye out for it as it’s not always easy to find.
