Soho Balmain

Soho Balmain is bringing sophisticated dining with a modern twist on the 1920s.

Soho, Balmain
Soho, Balmain

Located along the Darling Street strip, the elegant venue is the first venture by Ronite Hammond and Justin Boyd and has been designed by Hammond’s Design 4 Space channelling a boutique hotel in Soho, New York in the 1920’s.

Head Chef Steve Koster (ex Black by Ezard, Fratelli Fresh, Bathers, Bird Cow Fish) brings a twist on traditional Mediterranean share plates. You’ll find menu items such as cheese on toast with halloumi, mandarin and hazelnut, Lazaars chorizo, mayo, lemon, and slow cooked beef cheek, sherry and cauliflower crumb.

The wine list features varietals from across the globe and new wines from less known regions. Add live live contemporary jazz and a sophisticated ambience and you’ll have the elements of a great night out.
