New Look for Gourmantic: Goodbye with the Old…

Today we’re very excited to launch the new look for Gourmantic. With the lead up to our 5 year anniversary in June – yes, we’re almost 5 years old – we’ve decided to renovate and give the website a shiny new look and feel. As much as we love the old design – and the weekends spent coding and refining the template – it was time for change.

We’ve kept the same colour scheme – after all it is our branding and the blue colour feels like home – but we’ve given the website a brand spanking new responsive design. Without getting too technical, it means you, as a reader, will get an optimal viewing experience on a wide range of devices including tablets and smartphones.

On the back end, it is easier to maintain particularly with the volume and frequency of articles we publish. We’re still fine tuning a couple of things behind the scenes but we hope you like our new look.

Check it out and take a look at the cool new front page!

  • Congratulations on the new look. We’re ready to go with ours, too, finally. Only taken about 2 years to do!! 😉 Nice to have a refresh. We’re coming up to 5 years this time, too. Did I know we were the same age? Good luck with it anyway. 🙂
