Lot One Potts Point Restaurant & Bar is getting ready for to open its doors later in the week.
As Lot. 1 Sydney relocates from the CBD, Lot One Potts Point is set to bring an eclectic Modern Australian menu to Sydney. The restaurant and bar will be located at the former site of Missy French in Potts Point’s Rockwall Crescent.
According to Michael Bradley, General Manager, the point of difference will be the sequence of service, with experiences uniquely tailored to each guest. “Our multitude of years (scarily totalling over 35 combined) in various hospitality concepts throughout Australia and Europe have given us an almost psychic insight into our guests. We understand that each visitor to our venue is unique and has a different idea of how their visit will be. As such, the way we look after them will be different too.”
Supporting the Modern Australian menu is a cocktail list curated under the guidance of Head Bartender Edwin Brown, who joins the Lot One Potts Point team from Lot.1 Sydney.
Lot One Potts Point is slated to open on Friday 27 April 2018.
