Indu Dining, Sydney

Indu Dining

Sydney is about to get a taste of Southern India with the upcoming opening of INDU Dining in the CBD.

Located in the basement of the heritage listed building at 350 George Street, the venue combines elements of bustling Indian villages with the more affluent side of India. The food by Head Chef Bimal Kumar is designed to alter perception of rich Indian cuisine by bringing fresh Indian flavours with quality seasonally sourced produce. The cocktail list follows suit and takes inspiration from the crafting of tonics and spices.

INDU Dining is a new venture from the team behind Mejico Restaurant & Tequila Bar and is set to open the end of this month.
