Chur Burger, Surry Hills

Standing in the queue to order at Chur Burger in Surry Hills feels a little awkward. Equally uneasy is sitting down on the casual furniture waiting for a burger to be served.

What was once Warren Turnbull‘s two hatted restaurant, Assiette, and the subject of many memorable dinners over the years and an unforgettable truffle menu degustation is now a burger shack.
