Christmas Gift Guide 2018: Untold Rum
If you’re looking for a versatile mixing rum that’s not too sweet, Untold Rum is a two-to-three-year-aged golden Caribbean rum from Trinidad created by a collective of bartenders and artists. Their aim was to create an unconventional rum, made to mix, and act as a blank canvas for everyone to build their own experiences.
The Caribbean rum is enhanced with natural spices including orange oil, cinnamon, clove and ‘essence of Islay’, giving it a smoky undertone. The label is beautifully designed by Australian artists, Andrew Archer and Tim Phibs.
