Amfora Artisanal Spirits and Liquids

Amfora is Australia’s first Liquid Deli, bringing together artisanal distillers and producers in an exciting gift concept.

amfora

Amfora is all about small batch and handcrafted products, offering a range of beautifully presented spirits, liqueurs, wine, bitters and tonic, oil and vinegar. The liquids come in 100 ml units and you can choose from a list of key ingredients, flavour profiles, and provenance including Australian craft distillers and producers.

Selecting your favourite flavour profile for each category is as simple as checking a box  which reveals the range of liquid. Once you click on the image, you’ll be presented with tasting notes and serving suggestions.

The liquids include Belgrove Peated Rye from Tasmania, single cask bottlings from Adelphi such as Mortlach 1987 single malt whisky, sloe gin from the UK, Quandong liqueur from NSW and Dobson’s aromatic bitters and tonics. For the kitchen, you’ll find caramelised balsamic vinegar, rainforest plum vinegar from Queensland, and apple vinegar from Scotland just to name a few.

The artisanal touch doesn’t stop there. Once you’ve chosen your liquid, be it to imbibe or use in the kitchen, you can select how you would like it bottled from the stylish range of Italian bottles. If you wish to add a personalised message, it can be handwritten on the bottle and gift packaged.

Prices range from under $10 to $300 depending on the selection. The last day for delivery in Sydney and Melbourne for Christmas is 14th December and for all other areas, you need to place your order no later than 9th December.

*** Amfora have kindly offered Gourmantic readers a generous 15% discount from now until the end of January 2016. To claim, simply go to lovelyliquids.amfora.com.au and follow the prompts. ***
