Osaka Trading Co. @ Tramsheds Harold Park

Tokyo Bird in Surry Hills is about to get a younger sibling when Osaka Trading Co., a new modern Japanese restaurant opens on 22 September at Tramsheds Harold Park.

Whereas Tokyo Bird’s emphasis is on yakitori, Osaka Trading Co. will incorporate some features of Tokyo Bird as well as offering lunch options and a full-service dinner menu with a focus on seafood paired with great drinks, seven days a week.

Head Chef Shota Sato (ex Bar H in Surry Hills) is heading up the kitchen and bringing with him his expertise in izakayas and hotels Japan in Japan

Osaka Trading Co. will join restaurant, bar and butchery Butcher & The Farmer; sustainable seafood restaurant Fish & Co; tapas restaurant Bodega 1904, Gelato Messina, Egyptian-fusion restaurant Bekya Middle Eastern Kitchen, Southern-inspired diner Belle’s Hot Chicken and coffee venue Garçon when Tramsheds opens on Thursday 22 September.
