The Winners of Time Out Sydney Bar Awards 2017

The Time Out Sydney Bar Awards for 2017 were held on Sunday 29 January at Sky Terrace with This Must Be the Place taking out Bar of the Year and Best Cocktail Bar.

Twelve awards were handed out including the inaugural Best Restaurant Bar and Queen of the Party while Best Party Bar was dropped due to the current lockout climate.

Here is the full list of the winners:

Best New Bar – PS40

Best Wine Bar – The Dolphin Wine Room

Best Neighbourhood Bar – The Gretz, Enmore

Best Restaurant Bar – Big Poppa’s

Best Cocktail Bar – This Must Be The Place

Hot Talent Award – Ryan Snedden, Lobo Plantation

Best Bar Team – Ramblin’ Rascal Tavern

People’s Choice – Hudson Ballroom

Best Bartender – Mikey Nicolian, Continental

Legend Award – Venue 505

Bar of the Year – This Must Be The Place

Queen of the Party – Kat Dopper, Heaps Gay
