Gin and Tonic has a new home with the recent opening of The Canopy in Double Bay.
Located on the upper level of the recently renovated The Sheaf Hotel in Double Bay, the lush venue echoes a botanical setting taking its inspiration from nature and its position among the tree tops.
Green palms, neutral tones with floral and bright highlights are in tune with its botanical location and bring an intimate experience away from the bustling Sheaf below.
You’ll find botanical-inspired cocktails, gin, champagne, oysters and charcuterie. The Canopy brings a unique concept with The Sapphire Infusion, a custom G&T carafe for two where you can choose from cucumber, orange, pink grappefruit or lime infused Bombay Sapphire Gin and tonic topped with a selection of garnishes.
The Canopy opened to the public on Friday 13th November 2015.
