Parlour Burger

Parlour Burger by chef Sean Connolly opened on Monday 25 November next door to The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room. The menu is kept simple with five burgers all priced at $10 and available from lunchtime till late. Tasty sides include the famed Duck Fat Chips ($8), Cabbage and Parmesan Slaw ($6), Beer Battered Onion Rings ($6), and Deep Fried Pickles ($6).  225 George Street, Sydney. Opening times: 11.30am till late.

Kirin Cider

Kirin has launched a new range of cider with Japanese flavours made of Fuji Apple, Fuji Apple & Mikan (mandarin), Fuji Apple & Ume (plum) and Fuji Apple & Ginger. Available in 500 ml bottles, the new range appeals to cider drinkers and to those who like to match it with food. Serve it chilled or on ice if you wish to dilute the flavour.

DineSmart is a charity initiative run by restaurants Australia-wide that ask patrons to add a small $2 donation to their bill. The money collected is donated directly to support homeless refuges and charities selected based on their need and proximity to participating restaurants. These include Longrain, The Apollo, Cafe Sydney, Saké Restaurant & Bar, Cutler & Co Dining Room & Bar, Chin Chin, Ezard, Mecca Bah, Olé, Next Door Kitchen & Bar and many more. StreetSmart’s DineSmart event runs from 11 November to 31 December 2013.

Eau de Vie Small Batch Bottled Cocktails

Eau de Vie bar has launched a bespoke range of small batch cocktails which you can soon enjoy at home. The first release is a Cold Drip Negroni, which is served at the bar as Cup O’ Camilio and the sweeter style, Coconut and Banana Rum Old Fashioned that is perfect for warm weather. You can also find them at Eau de Vie Apothecary.

Hogs 3 Bourbon and Cola

Hogs 3 Bourbon has released a new product in their RTD range, Hogs 3 Bourbon and Cola . Hogs 3 is a Kentucky Straight Vourbon whiskey matured in new and charred oak barrels for three years. The new RTD uses a premium cola with the whiskey to deliver a refreshing taste.

Bulmers Pear Cider

Bulmers Pear Cider is a recent addition to the Bulmers range with a crisp and fresh perry flavour. Try it this summer in the Pear & Vanilla Bulmers Cocktail with 60ml of vanilla vodka, 500 ml of Bulmers Pear, 60ml cloudy apple juice topped with ice.

Brown Brothers 18 Eighty Nine Wines

Brown Brothers invite you to take a chair, share a story and enjoy the new Brown Brothers 18 Eighty Nine range with Pinot Grigio, Shiraz, Tempranillo, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each label on the bottle tells a story and celebrates the traditions of the family winery.
