The Winners of the Gault&Millau 2018 Awards

The Gault&Millau 2018 Awards Night was held on February 11 at Aerial UTS Function Centre with key members of the industry and media in attendance.

Running for the sixth year in Australia, the awards mark a year of reviews of Australia’s leading restaurants in seven cities and the release of the 2019 Gault&Millau Restaurant Guide.

Restaurant Attica in Melbourne, Victoria dominated the awards and the Yellow Rose Award for outstanding contribution was awarded to the late Sisto Malaspina of of Pellegrini’s Espresso Bar and Armando Percuoco of Buon Ricordo.
