Gault&Millau is set to launch its first Australian guide this November. The international guide allows Australian chefs be judged on the same scale as the best in Europe. The reviewers place more of a focus on the chefs and their food and less on ambience, décor, location and etiquette than other restaurant guides.

The Victoria Room has partnered with Gelato Messina and Hills Cider Co to bring ‘Messina Cider Spider‘. Think the ‘Raspberry Beret‘ or the ‘Spider Colada’ with Messina’s salted coconut and mango gelato, white rum, lime juice and The Hills pear cider. 1/235 Victoria St Darlinghurst
