Stepping past the small entry foyer which conveniently houses the luggage and onto the large living area, the first impression is one of “I could live here”. The lounge room and the dining room share the open plan space with gleaming kitchen to one side.

Kitchen

The kitchen is uncluttered with many appliances hidden behind cupboards. A stainless steel benchtop runs the length of the kitchen. You’ll find a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a convection cooktop, an oven and microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge and freezer.

The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with cookware essentials, crockery and glasses.

The bedroom exudes simple elegance with crisp white linen on a king size bed, soft sheets, pillows you can rest comfortably against and an oriental wardrobe that hides an iron and ironing board, a safe and a hair dryer.

A spacious balcony with a day bed overlooks a residential street but alas, Canberra had turned on a wet sky to enjoy the outdoor space.

The Burbury Apartments are well-suited to short stays or longer stays offering many comforts of home. You’ll find a range of restaurants and bars nearby such as the newly-opened LiloTang, Ostani Bar, Maple + Clove wholefood cafe, Malamay and Konoba where breakfast is served.
