The Burbury Apartments are located adjacent to the Burbury Hotel within the Realm Precinct in the suburb of Barton.
Lounge and Dining
The apartments overlook a leafy outlook on one side and quiet suburban houses on the other.
Welcome Gift
Stepping past the small entry foyer which conveniently houses the luggage and onto the large living area, the first impression is one of “I could live here”. The lounge room and the dining room share the open plan space with gleaming kitchen to one side.
Kitchen
The kitchen is uncluttered with many appliances hidden behind cupboards. A stainless steel benchtop runs the length of the kitchen. You’ll find a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a convection cooktop, an oven and microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge and freezer.
Kitchen Cupboards
The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with cookware essentials, crockery and glasses.
Laundry
To one side, the washing machine is well hidden behind a cupboard.
Bedroom
The bedroom exudes simple elegance with crisp white linen on a king size bed, soft sheets, pillows you can rest comfortably against and an oriental wardrobe that hides an iron and ironing board, a safe and a hair dryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom continues the white theme with a separate toilet and basin area.
Toiletries
Toiletries are provided by Urban Skincare Co.
Toilet and Separate Shower
A glass door leads onto a self-contained shower with quality fittings, a shower head and hand held shower.
Shower
The bathroom is so new that it lacks s shelf on which to rest the soap and shampoo.
Balcony
A spacious balcony with a day bed overlooks a residential street but alas, Canberra had turned on a wet sky to enjoy the outdoor space.
The Burbury Apartments are well-suited to short stays or longer stays offering many comforts of home. You’ll find a range of restaurants and bars nearby such as the newly-opened LiloTang, Ostani Bar, Maple + Clove wholefood cafe, Malamay and Konoba where breakfast is served.
