Eddystone Point Wines
Mr Tipply’s, Sydney
The City Hotel has relaunched as Mr Tipply’s. Spilt across two levels, Mr Tipply’s is a bar and eatery with a focus on an Asian-fusion menu with share plate eating offerings and inventive cocktails such as the Kimchi Mary with aged cabbage and chilli, Vodka, tomato juice and spicy mix. The ground level opens on June 6 with the upper level to follow in July. 347 Kent Street, Sydney
Swanson Hotel, Erskineville
The Kurrajong Hotel in Erskineville has undergone a major refurbishment and is relaunching as the Swanson Hotel. The venue will have a restaurant upstairs with former AHA chef of the year, Brad Sloane of the Riverview Hotel in the kitchen with a menu that offers simple food with Mediterranean flavours. 106-108 Swanson Street, Erskineville
The Arisaig Tea Rooms, Surry Hills
Located in the ‘Reader’s Digest Building’ in Surry Hills, The Arisaig Tea Rooms serves contemporary Scottish and mod-Oz dishes with menu items such as seared scallops with black pudding, Scotch Fillet and cullin skint risotto. 26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills

Citibank Dining Program and McWilliams Wines
Following the official launch at Quay Restaurant, Citibank Dining Program hosted a cocktail party at The Morrison to announce their partnership with McWilliams Wines to partners and clients. The Program has awarded over 100,000 bottles of wines since it launched in 2011.
Eddystone Point Wines
Eddystone Point Wines from Tasmania launched this month with three varieties of different vintages created by winemaker Penny Jones. The wines take their name from the coastal area at Eddystone Point in the northern tip of Tasmania. The range – 2013 Eddystone Point Riesling, 2012 Eddystone Point Pinot Gris and 2011 Eddystone Point Pinot Noir – has already won a number of awards including an “International judges” trophy and gold medal at the 2013 national Wine Show. The wines have a RRP from $24.95 to $29.95 and you can find them at major and independent liquor stores.
