NEWS: Ippudo, Monopole, Bulletin Place, Dr Conrad’s Cocktail

This week’s round-up of what’s new, what’s cool, what to drink:

Ippudo

Ramen mania is about to hit Sydney when Australia gets its first Ippudo, the Japanese ramen institution arriving via New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. Ippudo is set to open on December 6 at level 5 of Westfield Sydney.

Monopole, Potts Point

Set to open early December, Monopole wine bar and eatery by the same people from The Bentley Restaurant and Bar. Monopole will be located at Potts Point, at the former site of Sailors Thai.

Bulletin Place

Tim Philips who currently holds the title of the World’s Best Bartender is set to open his bar, Bulletin Place before Christmas. Renovations are currently underway and the bar will be located on the first floor of 10-14 Bulletin Place, near Tapavino Sherry Bar.

What to Drink

And from our What to Drink series, try your hand at these refreshing Herradura Tequila cocktails as the weather (finally) warms up. If you enjoy gin, try a G&T made with G’Vine Gin, a French gin distilled from grapes.
