After the recent opening of J&M whisky bar, Merivale is set to open The Paddington later this month.
Formerly known as The Paddington Arms, The Paddington is located along Oxford Street and in the centre of a busy strip. Expect a rotisserie style menu by Executive Chef Ben Greeno, classic-based cocktails by ex Palmer and Co.’s Sam Egerton and Toby Marshall and a wine list curated by Franck Moreau and Adrian Filiuta.
Custom-made French rotisseries will take centre stage at the pub bringing dishes such as lamb rump with red pepper and almonds; wagyu beef with artichokes, pickled mustard seeds and watercress; whole fish stuffed with olives, lemon and thyme; and roast chicken with French fries. Small plates will include octopus, potato, confit tomato and black olives; smoked trout with English muffin and duck egg; spelt, roast cabbage, kombu and prawns; and Parmesan custard with sprouted pulses.
The Paddington opens on Tuesday 24 November 2015
